By accessing or using DFTPCS ("Don't Forget to Punch the Clock, Shorty"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
DFTPCS is a time tracking and invoicing application designed for freelancers and independent contractors. We provide tools to track billable hours, manage clients, and generate invoices.
3. Account Registration
To use DFTPCS, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
DFTPCS offers free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan (Dave): Up to 3 clients, all core features
- Basic Plan (Mike): $9/month, up to 10 clients
- Pro Plan (Cyril): $22/month, up to 25 clients
- Business Plan (Moocher): $49/month, unlimited clients
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. To cancel your subscription, please contact support@punchtheclock.work.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into DFTPCS, including client information, time entries, and invoices. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Use automated systems to access the service excessively
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
DFTPCS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
