Your information is used exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the DFTPCS service
- Process your subscription payments
- Send you important account notifications (password resets, subscription changes)
- Respond to your support requests
- Improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you close your account:
- Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days

- Payment records may be retained as required by law
